Product Variations.
Our products are not machine made on an assembly line. In
the case of the Forest Impressions©
items, they are also made from molds based on actual pine
cones, branches and bark, mushrooms, acorns, leaves and other items found in the wilderness.
As a result of these factors,
there may be variations in individual items produced from the same mold and there will
definitely be variations from earlier products as old molds wear out and are replaced by new
ones. The patina or finish on our products may also vary somewhat, depending on the temperature
and humidity conditions under which it is applied. Finally, the spacing and angle of screw holes on knobs, pulls and handles varies from piece to piece - please do not have your cabinet drawers and doors drilled before you have the hardware in hand and ready to install! We provide guide screws and instructions to help assure a quality installation. If it is important to you that all the pieces you need look as much alike as possible, please place your entire order at once and stress your desire for maximum uniformity - we normally lean toward natural variation, not uniformity, when assembling an order.. While we will do everything possible to comply with your request, we do not represent and simply cannot assure that there will not be minor variations. This is particularly true when you place several orders for the same item (such as knobs for all of your kitchen and bathroom cabinets) over an extended period of time. Thank you for your interest! |
